  It started with being rudely greeted and told our service dog could not come in, after the manager came over we were seated outside which was fine but it went down hill from there. Service was slow and every table around us and including us had to ask for drinks several times before getting them. We had bison burger and it was ok not great. While eating it I had doubts that it was bison meat it just didn't taste like it was. I can not eat beef without getting very sick within 60 to 90 min, well I got confirmation that my burger was most definitely not Bison on our way back to Durango. We also had to go hunt down the manager to pay our bill since the waitress still had not brought us our bill after being asked several times.

  We traveled to Silverton by the train on Sunday August 11, 2013 and Natalia's was recommended to us. We were a party of 8 - 4 adults and 4 children, we were greeted with warmth and immediately seated and waited on. 3 adults and the children ate from the buffet - which was hot and delicious - home cooking including crispy fried chicken, swedish meatballs, and lots of other yummy fixings. The other adult of our party ordered from the menu which was a hit as well. Great home cooking, great customer service, affordable pricing for the quality of food provided. We consider the restaurant as a very good value. Thank you. Sandra and Family
